General summary:

Be the brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract prospects, Brand Comms & Marketing Specialist responsibilities include developing promotional materials, keeping accreditations updated and event coordination. Your role includes but not limited to:

  • Create, develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities to create brand awareness for Pekat Group and its subsidiaries (‘Pekat’).
  • Manage, coordinate and participate in awards, exhibitions and roadshows for Pekat.
  • Monitor progress of marketing campaigns and events using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Liaise with external creative agencies for above-the-line and below-the-line marketing (such as brochures, flyers, billboards and more)
  • Analyse information and furnishing business development team with the latest marketing tools, such as presentation decks, brochures, sales kit and so on
  • Manage updates for Pekat websites.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures. Monitor competitor’s activities, as well as current market performance and trends.

General Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Develop long-term relationship with current and future customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Prepare technical advice, proposal and cost estimates by studying building plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel.
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance Technicians (Electronics, and Electrical disciplines) play a prominent, critical role in our service quality. Whether supporting field teams in service in their project development or performing work at the existing clients project sites, your responsibilities are great: maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the high-tech tools, electronics, electrical and other components included in our PV solutions. Maintenance Technicians report to the Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of Solar PV system during production and performs scheduled maintenance services according to maintenance schedule.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper superior.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
