General Summary:
The main responsibility of an MD’s secretary is of an administrative and executive nature. She relieves the MD of administrative functions in order to increase the time the MD has for building the Group both internally and corporately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all correspondence.
  • Handle travel arrangements for all employees.
  • Handle confidential documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as executive secretary.
  • Pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance Technicians (Electronics, and Electrical disciplines) play a prominent, critical role in our service quality. Whether supporting field teams in service in their project development or performing work at the existing clients project sites, your responsibilities are great: maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the high-tech tools, electronics, electrical and other components included in our PV solutions. Maintenance Technicians report to the Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Manager. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of Solar PV system during production and performs scheduled maintenance services according to maintenance schedule.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper superior.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
